Russell Associates developed an incentive-based rewards program that allowed active Land O’Lakes Purina Feed customers to enroll in and receive credit, in the form of points, for the purchases they make of feed ingredients and additives.  Participants can also earn bonus points as part of selected vendor promotions.

Russell Associates assisted Land O’Lakes in developing and refining the points-based ETE incentive program.  The incentive program recognizes salespeople for sales increases and activity in four defined areas of recognition.  Since the program was launched in 2000, approximately 500 salespeople have been recognized.

Program
Russell Associates assisted in developing an incentive program that rewards employees for safe behavior.  This incentive-based program is used as a portion of Omnium’s overall company focus of safety.   The points awarded are based on both individual and group/location behaviors and observations.  Employees are then able to redeem points for merchandise in an online rewards center.
