Special Community Projects Funding Request Form

Requests are dependent on available funding.
Special Community Projects Funding requests cannot be from “for profit” businesses.
Funds will not be approved for individual scholarships or needs, or for salaries.
Funds are to be focused around needs of youth, elderly, and people with disabilities as well as special community needs in the Le Sueur area.
Requests over $500 must be reviewed by the United Fund of Le Sueur Board of Directors at their regular meeting. Requests for $500 or less will be acted on by the Special Community Projects Committee in a timely manner.
