Special Community Projects Funding Request Form

Funds to be distributed are dependent on available funding.
Funding requests cannot be from "for profit" businesses. Proof of tax exempt or 501 C3 status may be required.
Funds will not be approved for individual scholarships or needs; for salaries; or for gifts.
Funds are to be focused on youth, the elderly and people with disabilities as well as special community needs in the Le Sueur area.
Requests over $750 will be reviewed by the Board of Directors at their next scheduled meeting. Requests under $750 will be acted upon by the Special Community Projects Committee and done in a timely manner.
