This course addresses the writing of efficient and effective memos and emails. It explains how to get your email
read and not end up in the “junk” or spam bin.

This course discusses how the writing process can be used to create effective reports and proposals. It focuses
on gathering information, outlining, and using graphs, charts, and other supporting material to produce a favorable
and usable document.

The course discusses the purposes of flyers. It focuses on writing brief hard-hitting text for flyers and
bulletins, in addition to layout and design.
